Thank you for this detailed and comprehensive point of view. I do agree with most of what you said and disagree with some of the points. However, Allow me to point out that I disagree with for now
One ; the timing you have chose is very bad timing specially we have not finished the season yet
Second point, The coach has really used a lot of players through out this season. He used Amer Shafee, Mahmoud Qandeel, Bassem Fathi,Ahamad Abu Halawa, Mohammad Domairry,Abdul Lateef Al Bahdary, Mohammad Maharmah, Ahmad Elyas, Rami Radaydah,Ahmad Abdul Haleem,Hassan Abdul Fatah, Amer Deep, Mohammad Jamal, Osama Abu Taimah, ALbarghouthy, Rafat Aly, Easa AL Sabah, Mahmoud Shalbayah, Fahd AL atal, Ahmad Kashkash, Amer AbuHowattah.
So he used about 20 players through the season so far for many different reasons. However, All players that mentioned above did a wonderful job once they played as a matter of fact they did great job when they had playing time and the reason because they are being trained and prepaired well in practice . In my openion this is a credit to give to the coach
Third, which is related to the above point . I think we are heading to the right direction because of the points mentioned above. We have depth that we never had before. We are missing a lot of players in different times and for different reasons but yet we are still competing and winning. Yes it might not be with most exciting and beautiful ways but we are getting the job well done
Forth, The direction that the Board of drectors took this year by strngthing the depth of our team by bringin players from local teams was not a bad choice. Howevere, this is the reason we are not playing beautiful game as we like. Players need time to adopt to each other sometimes it takes years. You asking us to rebuild the team from the bottom were we might loose some years without winning championships. Where their choice was to rebuild while we winning championships by bringing good players from other teams
I do apologies for writing this much specially in English . However, this is the only way i can express my openion and wanted to share it with you . I do agree with you that we need still to play a better football than what we are doing but i think it will come by time and by having a coach for many years and not one year
