1- Will pay you a base salary of [ Dirham] + ( ) Allowance,
So the employee will get ( Thousands Dirhams Monthly). In addition to the Base Salary, (i) the use of an automobile provided by the Company, and (ii) medical, life insurance, disability and other such benefits which the Company may from time to time make available generally to its employees in accordance with the terms of such benefit and welfare plans.
2- You have to reach your monthly target of ( ). If you beat the target for continual six months, you will be offered a full paid week trip in any country of the following: Malaysia, Turkey, Thailand, or Lebanon. If you beat the target for continual nine months, He/ She will be offered a double salary plus the foresaid trip.
3- In case of not reaching the target for two months a sever action will be taken by the administration and that may lead to the termination.
4- A yearly paid vacation plus economy ticket to the employee and three of his/her family
5- Your responsibilities will include the duties of the job as assigned by Taallam Training Center.
6- You shall not undertake any other employment either paid or unpaid, either full time or part time while in the service of the company.
7- The duration of your contract is three years period and will be renewable upon the mutual agreement of the parties.
8- You shall be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of commencement of employment during which your service could be terminated without any notice.
9- All terms and conditions of your employment agreement will be governed by the federal rules of UAE Labor law.
10- Your official labor agreement will be based on the above terms
