JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Customer Care Agent
Department Name: Customer Care
Supervisor’s Title: Customer Care Supervisor
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
The job is to take care of customers by receiving their orders, dispatching orders and schedule driver’s deliveries. Further, the customer care agent is responsible of resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for receiving customer orders.
Responsible for dispatching orders.
Responsible for scheduling driver’s deliveries.
Responsible for resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Achieve management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies.
Competent in MS Office products and efficient in e-mail and internet applications.
Demonstrated problem solving and people skills.
High accuracy at work, attention to detail.
Proven oral and written skills in English (Required) and Arabic (Preferred).
Excellent time management skills.
High Energy Level.
Professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree from a reputable university.
ICDL is preferred.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE
Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate driver's license in Kuwait.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is generally performed in an office setting.
Sitting for long periods of time.
Oral communication over the phone and in person.
COMPANY POLICY/PROCEDURE COMPLIANCE
Follow all company policies as well as procedures.
